TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please kindly read these terms and conditions carefully. On booking online or signing our booking form when making reservation you are deemed to have read and accepted our Booking Conditions, and are accepting the terms of these conditions on behalf of all persons in the party.
 
These terms and conditions constitute an agreement with Merchant. By entering the site you accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly in case there are any changes.
 
Continuing to use the site after a change has been made is your acceptance of those changes.
 
1. RATES
 
Tour prices are net prices, quoted in United State Dollars or Vietnam Dong. Our prices for cruises/hotel are generally per person, except for promotions and day cruises
 
2. PAYMENT
 
Deposit payment can be settled by Bank wire transfer, credit card or through Western Union, Visa, Master Card.
The link for payment will be attached in the email. Click on the link and follow the instruction to complete your payment.
Deposits are generally 30% total rate is required at booking.
Your reservation is confirmed once deposit or the whole payment is received by Emotion Cruises Management by return email info@emotioncruises.com within 24 hours.
 
3. VOUCHER
 
Voucher will be issued by Emotion Cruises after the booked trip is confirmed and payment is completed. A service voucher will be sent by email to passenger.
 
4. PASSENGERS’ INFOMATION
 
The client is requested to submit all passenger details at least 24 hours prior to check-in of all passengers (Full name, Date of birth, Gender, Nationality, Passport number, Vietnam visa expiry date, Contact number).
 
This personal information will only be used for the cruising registration with the local authorities, and will not be shared or used for any commercial purposes.
 
The company may photograph, film, record images of the clients, taken during their tour. Those images may be used for social media campaigns and published for marketing activities.
 
Clients who do not wish to have their images used can inform directly their Cruise Manager who will do her/his best to exclude these guests from the images taken. For any questions or concerns regarding the use of media, please contact info@emotioncruises.com.

5. CHILDREN AND EXTRA BEDS
 
Occupation for only 1 child under 6 is free of charge when staying in the same cabin with adults.
Children from 6 to 12 years of stay in the same cabin with adults and are charged at 75% of adult price.
 
Only 1 child under 12 is allowed to stay in the same cabin with adults. Extra bed is only provided upon request in advance.
If there are 2 children under 6 are going with 2 adults, the second child will be charged with 50 USD.
Two children under 12 will stay in a separate cabin and be charged at 75% of cabin price.
Children from 12 years old are charged at adult price.
Any type of extra bed or child’s cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the cruise management.
 
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will be paid separately.
 
 
6. CANCELLATION 
 
a. Cancellation by guests


  For FIT booking (group of less than 5 cabins) For GIT booking (group of more than 5 cabins)

b. Cancellation by Emotion Cruises
 
We reserve the right to cancel your booking under some unavoidable circumstances such as: natural disasters, wars, civil strife, industrial disputes, terrorism, or under orders from the Local Authority. Serious weather conditions will also lead to cancellation in order to guarantee your safety.
 
The following policies will be applied for bad weather:
 
If the cancellation is informed to guests prior to leaving Hanoi and the guests have not used any service: 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
If the cancellation is informed during the trip (guests have already used some services: e.g. transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc): The remaining amount after subtracting all the actual fee of services used will be refunded.
Cancellation will ONLY be announced by the Halong Local Port Authority and often at short notice. Therefore, your understanding in these situations will be highly appreciated as these circumstances are entirely not under our control.
 
7. REFUND OF UNUSES SERVICES
 
No Refunds or exchange can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transports or any other services, which are included in the tour prices but not utilized by the tour member.
